	Hand-carry documents for seafarer when MLC interview (MLC 인터뷰_선원 개인 지참서류) There are some documents to be provided to seafarers in accordance with following regulations of Marine Labour Convention(MLC). When conducting an MLC inspection, it is useful to ask the interviewees to bring the documents as stated in attachment before the interview. * Applicable regulations Standard A2.1 ? Each Member shall require that records of seafarers’ daily hours of work or of their daily hours of rest be maintained to allow monitoring of compliance with paragraphs 5 to 11 inclusive of this Standard. The records shall be in a standardized format established by the competent authority taking into account any available guidelines of the International Labour Organization or shall be in any standard format prepared by the Organization. They shall be in the languages required by paragraph 11 of this Standard. The seafarers shall receive a copy of the records pertaining to them which shall be endorsed by the master, or a person authorized by the master, and by the seafarers. Standard A5.1.5 ? In addition to a copy of their seafarers’ employment agreement, all seafarers shall be provided with a copy of the on-board complaint procedures applicable on the ship. This shall include contact information for the competent authority in the flag State and, where different, in the seafarers’ country of residence, and the name of a person or persons on board the ship who can, on a confidential basis, provide seafarers with impartial advice on their complaint and otherwise assist them in following the complaint procedures available to them on board the ship. 	WNA Marking for Vessels less than 100 m changing from Korean Flag to non-Korean Flag CARGO SHIP For Korean flagged ships, Winter North Atlantic load line is not to be marked for the ships navigating in the Great coastal area even if the vessel is shorter than 100 m, as per Instructions for the Statutory Survey of Korean Government, 2 - 13 - 4, F. Guidelines for marking Load lines, etc., 1) C. It has been observed that ships previously flying the Korean flag still have plimsol marking years after changing to non-Korean flag.
